Killer is the secondary antagonist of All Dogs Go to Heaven, a supporting one of the TV series, and a supporting character of the third and Christmas one. He is the associate of Carface. It is shown in An All Dogs Christmas Carol in a musical number during the "Ghost of Christmas Present" scenes that he has a family. He was voiced by the late Charles Nelson Reilly, one of only two voice actors who appeared in all of the franchise, the other being Dom DeLuise as Itchy. However, Killer didn't appear in the second film probably because his boss was the main villain's henchman in that film.
