I wouldn't exactly call him a villain but more of an Anti-Hero. The reason why I would count him as a villain is because whilst Charlotte is trying to save Wilbur from being prok Templeton tries to get him into trouble. He's also reluctant to help the other animals and only helps when offered food.
Out of those four, three have been uploaded. However, you should have made sure I knew whether Ashcan and Pete should share an article or have discrete ones.

TIP: To prevent so much annoyance from me, whenever you want a group of characters uploaded, list down whether you want the group to have the same article or each have a separate one.
Back when I had not known the rules, I had added Transfer's page. Sure the TV series is from Spain, but it happened to be Japanese-animated, so I didn't bother creating Mr. Sullivan's page. If you'd rather block me again for this, that's fine. A case like this is why I put his page in a "Candidates for Deletion" category.
And while you're at it, if that really is a problem, please, put the "Willy Fog" page on the "Animal Heroes" wikia, ready for deletion. I apologize for all this.
